We want you to feel safe, respected, and supported during your time with us. When you move into a Northbridge property, you’ll receive a full welcome from your Support Worker, who will help you settle in and understand how everything works.

Getting Help and Support

Your Support Worker is here to help with anything related to your housing, personal progress, and wellbeing.

For urgent issues outside normal hours, a 24/7 emergency contact number is provided upon move-in.
